Position Overview

As the Financial Controller at WRG Associates, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance to support our commitment to measurable impact for not-for-profits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct financial audits and implement corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
